The media could not be loaded. These came out beautiful as gifts for my mom's 80th bday. I've been so used to receiving my Amazon packages within 24 and 48 hours, but I had to remind myself that these were personalized gifts and they didn't take a little longer. Nothing outrageous though. Probably about a week and a half to 2 weeks. As long as you order them well in advance you'll be fine.
