These filters work as well as the other fancy branded ones we have used in our Hot Springs hot tub over the years. They are taller than the ones we had previously used but they came with a stick that set the filter taller in the center of the filter. I didn't need the stick with this ion purifier as it is much taller. I suggest you measure your filter size to make sure that it will fit your spa properly and work for you. We have had one of these in our hot tub for several weeks now and the water has been clean and clear with zero additional water maintenance required. Due to the longer size of this purifier it has more "cleaning surface" available to work on the water so that may be an advantage as long as it fits your spa. Overall great performance and a solid product.

These are longer than the ones I was using previously and last longer. They fit directly into the standpipe that secures the filter. You need to ensure that you have the standpipe that is slotted and not solid. Comes with stickers to remind you when it's time to replace it.

I didn’t notice a difference at all with these..

I have been quite pleased with these mineral sticks. These cartridge sticks are easy to install and provide a consistent level of water clarity and cleanliness, significantly reducing the need for additional chemicals. The product like good but it’s to long what I needed

We have the hot spring relay model, which has its own mineral cartridge holder. However, this stick would not fit. I had to place it in the filter as indicated, but have read it could possibly impede the water flow possible damaging the pump. For now, I’ll leave it in the filter and where I have been having a hard time balancing ph, I’ll see if this work help it stay more balanced and not have to keep adjusting it. The jets all seem to spray the same amount as prior to installing these.

These fit perfectly in the standpipe for my spa filters. I have been using them for about two weeks and so far, they seem to be helping keep things clear. It is hard to tell since I try hard to keep the water in my spa at the perfect chemical levels. I have not noticed any difference in any maintenance that I do but I like the idea that perhaps over time I will use less chemicals to keep the water crystal clear. I don't have anything bad to say about these. They are well made and work as described.
