Fits snugly, Velcro adhesion
I don't have a hernia, what I have is a big gut and I just can't seem to get rid of it no matter what I eat or don't eat or the amount of exercise I do. I decided to give this belt a try to eliminate my unsightly belly. For the most part, it does hide it.If I lie on my back I can get more of a snugger fit than if I try to put it on while standing. It feels weird while wearing it, but it does feel like my back is more rigid. I do sweat more while wearing it to work, but that might be a good thing in trying to lose that weight.I've been wearing it for about 2 weeks now and I can't say that it feels comfortable. It is harder for me to bend over to pick up things. If you get it for medicinal purposes like a hernia, I would imagine that it would hold very well.I gave it 5 stars even though I find it uncomfortable to wear for more than 8 hours because I'm using it for something that it was not advertised for. I'm sure having a hernia is far more uncomfortable than wearing this to hold everything in.

I had hernia mesh revision done to my stomach and this binder was just what I needed and wished I had bought it sooner. Anyone looking for a binder I highly recommend it.
