ASURION 2 Year Furniture Protection Plan ($250 - $299.99)

Thank goodness I bought this protection plan. After the company I purchased a massage chair from wouldn’t replace a malfunctioned item, Asurion honored their protection plan to me and reimbursed me in the form of an amazon gift card for my item. Service was also quick and easy!

Easy to assemble

We bought 2 chairs and also furniture protection. One chair arrive broken and not able to recline. For 3 weeks been trying to get the insurance protection to even just call me. What a scam!!!! Contacting the better business bureau. Amazon is selling protection that you can’t use!

I like that the chair will be replaced.

I loved the Serta, Bryce executive highback chair when I got it, but 4 months later the outer fake leather started flaking off, and not on the upper seat or back. The flakes came from the exterior bottom of the seat, where there is no contact from me or anyone, and it stuck to my hardwood floor I would have to take a plastic putty knife to get it off. Then the return or refund process started, it was past 90 days for Amazon to handle it, but I bought the Asurion protection policy, and extremely relieved that I did! Be safe not sorry!

Asurion protection extended warranty is definitely the way to go. Accidents happen, things break and stop working, with asurion you don't need to stress about or sump a bunch of money for a new one. Very easy process, great customer service, very fast and painless. You will not regret paying the extra to have that protection, I know I have never regretted it. If they can not fix or replace your item they send the amount you paid so you are able to purchase a new one

Says they will cover stains and they rejected my request. Then I emailed them back and no response.
