Absolute Garbage
Absolute garbage. Bricked my iPhone X. Thankfully I was able to remove the card add on from my sim and return phone to working condition. Zero stars would be more appropriate. AVOID.

it's misleading information. this is only for 53 countries, NOT "....more than 100 countries" as written every where.

Wouldn't Purchase Again
The reason I am giving 2 stars is because 2 of the 3 I bought actually worked. I would have given 1 star. I bought them to use while my family was on a cruise. I installed the SIM, following all the directions given. When we docked in Cozumel, Mexico they all worked. By the time we got to the other 2 ports, one was not connecting. I contacted their WhatsApp customer service at 7 in the morning, they did not respond until midnight when we were fast asleep. I am now waiting for their next response to my response. I have bought almost $22 in credit for each of these SIM, that was the cheapest plan available. If this 3rd one doesn't work, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Additionally, the Flexiroam call feature does not work on any of them. The only thing we were able to use was the internet and WhatsApp. I can't wait to remove them from my phone.
