About the Author Chris Salvato has been teaching the handstand for the better part of a decade. Starting in 2009, Chris has founded two fitness companies; Eat Move Improve and his personal blog. Each of these companies has impacted millions of fitness enthusiasts as they take their fitness to the next level -- something beyond the normal reps/sets and running for hours on end. He has rigorously tested all of his training programs, so that they get results for 99% of his trainees. He dedicated his career to making the handstand and other advanced bodyweight fitness moves easy and accessible to people of ALL ages.
