The material is a bit rough, but the waist band is stretchy enough to fit my 3 year as well as my 6 year old. I ordered it in black and the color was as expected. Keeping in mind it is a tutu (made of tule which is sheer) so my girls wore it over their regular clothes. It functioned as expected. If I were going to gripe it would be about the low quality, but hey, it’s not like my kids are professional ballerinas. It served its purpose for their school dress up days.

The tutu is cute and fabric seems to be perfect for it. Definitely needs to be worn with shorts or leggings underneath since it’s see through and very short for an eleven years old.I bought it for her 80’s costume which is perfect because she will wear it on top of her leggings.Keep in mind is short for taller girls, maybe more suitable for little kids.

I wanted to love this skirt.. bought it for my niece’s birthday. This skirt is completely see through so there is no lining and I didn’t find that out until I opened the package for her to wear it.. it really is a cute skirt but I can’t understand why they wouldn’t line a children’s garment!
