I bought these for a craft project for Christmas. I would recommend sealing the pieces first to ensure the bark does not come off as this does break off in places. But once sealed it is much more sturdy. These are a generous size and comes with cord to use as the hanging loop.

I’m happy with the quality of these wooden discs. I like that they had holes in them and included twine for making ornaments. The shape was pretty consistently round throughout, though there was a slight variance of course. Some of the bark peeled off, but it’s not super noticeable and they still look nice. I have not had an issue with these cracking. I painted mine with stencils and added wooden beads.

My husband ordered these for a craft project, but they weren't big enough, but they inspired me in a project. Cons--some of the bark has fallen off some of the pieces (not a problem for me), the key chain wood piece was broken (I might try to glue it if I decide to use it).Pros--the cons might turn some people away but are not a problem for me. At 37 cents each, I'm pleased!

I ordered this product for my students to make a craft for their families for Christmas. It was worth the price! I was pleased with the sturdiness, the quantity, the width of the pieces, and the type of wood. The bark edges didn’t flake off, like some do. The holes are already there for you. I would highly suggest this product!

I used these for several different projects, and they were great. The sizes were consistent, and there wasn't much cracking (although a few did have minor cracks). I made sure to seal the wood for each project. I was able to apply watercolor grounds and then paint them with watercolor paint. I also used acrylic paint on some. For the ones in the photo, I made prints of some of my art and cut them into circles to adhere to the wood. Added a few coats of a glossy sealer and a velvet ribbon to make beautiful handmade ornaments.

These wood blanks were the perfect size but a lot of them had cracks in them which makes them unusable, unfortunately.Some of the wood trimmings on the sides of the wood blanks were coming off making them unattractive and unusable.I was only able to use half of what I ordered which is 15 out of 30.

I used these for a class ornament project and it ended up being the most popular one! Yay! If not for a class, they can be stored and used for later projects one at a time. Good quality and so much fun!

I ordered 2 different brands of these. This brand was much better. There was less (or no) sawdust, they were smoother and the bark was sturdier. Also, a huge plus- the hole to put the string though was drilled bigger on these so it wasn't a pain. If I need to order these again, I will definitely go with these.

Bought to use to write names on a display board. Amazing. Some screws did come out the top but they were easy enough to screw back in.

I was surprised at how thin they were only about a cm but they worked a treat and I really loved the little eye to attach either plain or red and white cord through.. Very pleased

nice log slices, good size and i like that they have the eye screw instead of a hole.

These were smaller than expected compared to ordering them last year. Usually about five will split in priming for paint which is to be expected with wood this thin but this time it came with 11 pre-broken. Hopefully I won’t lose too many more when I paint them but I am not hopeful.

Half the log slices in the pack are split. They were in the middle of the good ones so already started using them for crafting Christmas decorations.These are for a fate stall so broken ones means it pushes the price up on the other log slices to make them viable.
