Not great on BetaFPV Aquila16
I bought these as backups for my BetaFPV Aquila16. I'm no whoop master, but have flown drones before, and always had good luck with Gemfan props.Gemfans on the left, Betafpv 45mm props on the right. These fly "ok" in S mode indoors which is how I fly currently. There is a noticable flutter under load however. I can live with this as I'm a lousy pilot, and it's probably not affecting me that much. What is affecting me is the fact that I can't flip over in turtle mode. I crash a lot, and with the stock props I could easily flip over on turtle mode as long as I wasn't wedged under something. With these props I can't flip in turtle mode at all.If I was flying outdoors, over grass, where I would have to walk over most of the time I probably wouldn't mind. However, when I'm in my desk chair with goggles on, and have to get up to retrieve my drone that SHOULD be able to flip back over after I do something stupid it stinks. If you don't use turtle mode, these might be great. If you fly full acro, these might be great. For me as a casual/novice pilot who flys in angle/(s) mode indoors they are a pain, and I won't buy them again.
