Wonderful sturdy bed
This bed assembled rather painlessly. The instructions were a little hard to follow. Couldn't figure out how the drawer stops worked and how they were attached so we left the drawers off. It had a detail view that didn't explain anything. It looks fine without them. Other than the horrible instructions the quality of the bed is very nice and is very sturdy.

Beautiful end product; a nightmare to put together
I absolutely love how this looks sitting in my living area, and the extra storage is a bonus. But this was absolutely the most nightmarish experience I've ever had assembling something like this from a kit.Screws are provided to fix the slats in place - but there are no screw holes.Meaning that you have to apply an obscene amount of tork and pressure to put this together the way it is intended to be put together. The same goes for affixing the wheels to the drawers.Or the drawer stops to the frame.Long story short - I learned exactly how much gorilla glue can do putting this all together, and I have the screws from the kit in a sandwich bag in case I ever need them for something else.If I had power tools this might have been simpler, but there was no bloody way I was going to get the screws in manually, and I also wasn't going to go to the trouble of returning such a massive package.I'm happy with the end result - but if I'd known what I would have needed to do to get there, I would have bought something else.

Beautiful but if you want the drawer to stay in place don’t buy this bed
It would have been nice to know what the drawers don’t attach to anything. They don’t stay closed and don’t really line up with the bed.

Quality daybed
I’m very happy with how this daybed turned out! It took longer than I expected to put together, but was pretty easy overall for one person to assemble. I chose this one because there are no exposed bolts to be seen compared to the wooden daybeds. I used a 9.5” mattress, but it could definitely accommodate a deeper mattress if desired. The drawers are on wheels and slide in/out easily, but are not on rails.

I keep losing the drawers
The drawers keep on getting pushed underneath. The stopper doesn’t really stop the drawers from going underneath
