Best Math/Physics Resource Books that Money can Buy!
My Calculus 2 professor recommended Schaums outline resource books to our class, and I am so happy he did! These books have helped me brush up and reinforce my knowledge of Trigonometry. I was so happy with this book I also bought the Calculus, Physics and Differential Equations books Schaums offers. I recommend these books to anyone wanting to have a better understanding of any subject Schaums makes a book of. As a Undergrad with a major in Mechanical Engineering I have found these to be such a lifesaver!

Good practice problems
It has been several years since I've taken trigonometry, so I purchased this book as a way to practice my skills before resuming classes that may need those skills. The book has fully solved problems, so it is easy to work through a problem on your own and check the answer at the end, or follow along with the problem in the book if you get stuck on a step. This would be a good practice book for a student who wants more practice in addition to the problems that are in their normal textbook, or for someone who is not enrolled in a trig class and wants to review some problem solving skills. This book should not be intended to replace a trigonometry textbook or course, but is a good supplement to those.

Producing an "A" in Trigonometry
Order the for my friend's granddaughter, she is 16 and in High School. She is mastering math and Schaum's is not only a book about the subject - but a book of solutions. She studied Trig over her spring break. Five Stars for Schaum.

what is presented gives the student a good idea of how to tackle certain problems
Where are the sections on logarithms and exponential functions? I understand that this is an outline, but aren't these important trig topics? Why aren't there any problems involving reflected trig graphs. There is a section on graphs; why not include a few negative graphs? This is very frustrating. So, now, I have to find another supplement. However, what is presented gives the student a good idea of how to tackle certain problems.

Great resource for ANYONE!
Great Learning resource for anyone. It has a great breakdown of the subject with full breakdowns of solved problems and then provides test problems at the end of each chapter. This book has greatly improved my math skills and comprehension, couldn't have passed my class without it!

A Must Have Series For Every Student
I grew up with Schaum series. They are life savers. Now that my daughter is heading to UCLA, and must take the Math 31 series (Calculus), I have purchased a few Schaum Series books for her to use to review over the summer.
