Is a Men's size 8 equivalent to a Women's size 9 or 9.5?

A mens 8 is equivalent to a womens 9.5.

Are these waterproof?

Not sure what you mean by “water proof”, the are made of leather & cloth , not rubber

Usted escoge la talla entre las disponibles. Saludos

Are these the best for over-pronation

I would not think so. Only if you have a predominant heel strike would they possibly help. The back of the heel is lower on that side but the remainder of the sole would not compensate. In short, they would do very little unless you walk on your heels
