For years I've had the single wheel and it wobbles all over the place making the working harder and more intimidating for a beginner level. This double wheel provides stability and I look forward to using it as I improve on my core strength. Make sure you are in the proper position and stay within your capability. Do not think that you are going to roll all the way out like most videos demonstrate. A little really goes a long way!

This product does not have ball bearing in the wheel hub (despite stating on the box "strong bearing). Obviously, a misleading description. Without any ball bearings, the wheel basically rubs and grates against the metal handle bars and the plastic grips. The results of this friction is fine, powdery plastic particles that goes on your hands and floor. There is a risk that one can breathe in the plastic dust. So, after 2 minutes of testing, I disappointingly have to return this. Absolute rubbish and not recommended to anyone in the name of health.

Inexpensive and practical. Just use it til your abs burn. Rest for a few days then do it again.
