Various sizes
OK, so I have tried this on while awake and it helps me breathe better so I would imagine it would be great at night time. Feels a little weird, but I think I can get used to it quickly.

Omg, they stuck to the inside of my nose during a 2 hr period . Need to recommend needs to be use with safe gel, cream or something that can be put in your nose . Sorry I didn’t want to even rate these things was force too in order to let ppl know . They hurt putting them in and didn’t get better . What a nightmare.

Fall out most nights, tolerable w/septum piercing
It's a nice idea, and it's helpful to have a case. I bought these hoping to move onto a less wasteful snore-reducing product compared to nose strips. Plus nose strips would leave a sticky residue. It takes a while to get the right fit with these. I switch between the 2 sizes - not quite sure which one is best suited yet. I have a septum piercing which help to make the various eye-watering adjustments while inserting and positioning it a bit more bearable, and it doesn't get caught on it. However, it still never quite seems to stay where I want it for a full night. If I'm talking or doing any sort of facial expression, it will move and possibly begin to fall out and maybe even pinch a little - hence the eye watering. I will still use it, but may switch between this and using nose strips -but just buying less nose strips of perhaps between packs when I'm running low.

Good.
It is what I expected.

Moves around a lot
These work okay as long as you can keep your nose dry and don’t roll over a ton. The first sign of moisture/mucus though, and these things slip all over the place, turning every which direction and have even fallen out a time or two.

Stop snoring
I'm amazed! I've been using a sleep tracking app because I'm always tired & wake up several times each night. I discovered I was snoring about 1/2 the night. I wasn't sure these Nasal dilators would work. But on the 1st night of using one, I went from nearly 3hrs of snoring to just 9min of snoring & from walking up nearly every hour to only waking up twice. For me, these are a game changer.

Sizes advertised are not what you get.
This style helps me greatly...BUT, I have slightly enlarged turbinates so it's a bit tricky shoving them up there. The product itself really helps me - my breathing, or lack of, does not wake me up.They take a bit of getting used to and just like hearing aids you may pull them out in your sleep😀These work better than the strips for me. Again, think about your turbinates before shoving them in....These are a good value to try them. BEWARE, tho, they are unwrapped so be sure to clean them first. Someone mighta returned them after shoving them in their nose😀My biggest complaint here is the ad is NOT the sizes you get. The product itself, I like. You can get different sizes from other vendors.

They really work!
I’m a snorer & sometimes it gets loud. My partner has reported that I do not snore loudly since wearing this at night. It’s pretty comfortable to wear all night, it’s cleans easily, & I like that it’s reusable. 10/10!
