Overpriced for the quality you receive. Hard salami should be dried more than this. There are veins and bubbles of mushy grease throughout. My order was for 3 types of salami, but they all taste the same. And the flavor brings to mind those slimjim beef sticks you find at any convenience store checkout counter.

Got these as a birthday gift for my dad. As a person that's hard to shop for, but he loves snacks, cuts, dried/cured meats and cheeses etc. The soppressata was actually very tough, and chewy, spicier than expected. I Even sliced VERY thin, it was not enjoyable. Several people also tried, and shared similar opinions. The Maple and truffle ones were better, and vastly different in textures. But, overall, not impressive. The Maple, of the trio bundle, was the best. What was more disappointing, first part of a gift I've given that was ever returned or rejected. Embarassing, even. Quality definitely felt lacking on these products.

Tough in a good way. Flavorful. My impression was care was applied to the creation of this product.I plan to order again.

Too expensive for medium quality, taste all the same, the mooshy. Very dissatisfied.
