I am very pleased with the compass. The shine is beautiful, along with the Bible passage inside. We will be giving this to our thirteen year old grandson for his confirmation in October. He is an avid hunter, always in the woods, so this will help guide him not only in the woods, but also through his life. The chain is nice, he can clip it to his belt loop and not loose it. When he's not using it, it came with a very nice storage box to put it in. Very glad I bought it.

Really like it!! Had to order it twice though. First time said it was delivered with other items but was not in package. Came second time when I reported the first was missing in package.

This is a nice gift and nice looking compass. The only reason I didn't rate it at 5 stars is the clasp on the box was a little off centered and very delicate as compared to the rest of the box. A stronger hasp for locking the box would have definitely made this a 5 star product.

After reading some of the reviews, I ordered this compass. I must say that I am disappointed in the quality of the whole thing. The stand looks really cheap, and the overall look of the compass does as well. I think that I paid a good price for this, so yes, I am disappointed.
