The media could not be loaded.  These energy chews are great tasting and easy to chew on the go. I use them while running trail races. They give you energy and supply your body with fuel to keep going. They are great priced. I don’t trail run or hike without them!

I love caffeinated raspberry flavored Bolts for long hikes and backpacking trips. Around mid-day or when a difficult stretch is approaching I like to down two or so bolts. I went on a large group trek this summer and everyone wanted a Bolt when the going got tough. I recommend the ones that have caffeine. I find the taste and texture more desirable then similar products, e.g. Power Gels.

I have purchased these multiple times for my kid's sports tournaments. She does not like the sports drinks but these taste like fruit snacks and help with some energy during long tournament days. Her favorite flavor are pink lemonade and strawberry, she does not like the orange.

I purchased these particular chews because I read that they are one of the only running gummies to include B vitamins (though now I can't remember why that's beneficial). The one thing that's a little annoying about the packaging is that they contain an odd number of gummies (usually 11), so you can't just divide the pack evenly in two for two servings. But that doesn't matter much I guess unless you're trying to closely track how many carbs you're getting. During my runs when I'm fueling, I'll usually eat between 2-4 of these every 20 minutes. They are definitely on the larger size and take a little bit of time to chew, but I kind of like that. They taste really good, just like candy. Definitely sweet tasting, not salty at all. I consider these a good source of carbs, but I don't rely on these for electrolytes.

I bought these for a marathon and I have to say they work! I used to take a liquid energy but they didn't have the flavor I was used to. So I read a lot and chose these. I tested them on a few runs and workouts before the marathon, without any issues. The day of the race, I took 3, 30 minutes before the race and then again at the half mark. I felt fantastic! No stomach aches. No thirst issues.My 18 year old daughter (a Lacrosse player), takes a few before her workout, and says they are excellent! I have a very sensitive stomach, as does my daughter, and I really enjoy these.They give the exact amount of energy that seems to last a good amount of time.I highly recommend!!

I am 53 and lift weights have kids and multiple businesses. I am also sensitive to energy supplements, as they make me jittery. These are easy to control what dosage you want. I only take 3 before a workout. The flavors are good. I think as I adapt I can easily take one more each time. I also have many digestive issues and I don’t have any issues with these. Highly recommend.

I have tried these while doing 8 to 10 mile day hikes and have not noticed any significant boost in energy. The gummies do taste good. Disappointed that the first carton I purchased had 12 gummies in each packet (6 gummies per serving), but the second carton I purchased only has 11 gummies in each packet (5.5 gummies per serving). Seems the consumer gets screwed again so companies can make more money by cutting corners. Will not purchase again.

They're pretty good but insanely expensive! I bought a box for $60 and was kind of shocked how few you actually get. I see they're now at $90 for a 12 pack putting each 60g pack of gummies at $7.50! Good chews but there must be some kind of mistake here. I should've paid more attention to detail when ordering.
