SIMPLY JUST FILL WITH HOT WATER.CE/RoHS/ UKCA APPROVED Review: Good handy washer, easy to use. - Bought for elderly mum who dies most washing by hand but broken her arm. Surprisingly spacious & can do more washing that I expected. Easy to use, open, chuck in washing, pour in hit warm (straight from tap) and add washing powder or liquid. I bought a watering can for mum to use to make it easy to fill & she can't lift a lot but filled machine with two trips if her can (I could have done in one go as can lift more). Did 15 min wash, then emptied. Did 10 min rinse twice...all done. Great wash & she can do with one hand. Now, she has her own proper spin drier, so used that. The spin facility is small & couldn't do whole wash in one go, so I'd that function important, then not sure this good enough. Perfect for an immediate need & well worth the money. We reckon you can do double sheet & pillow cases easy or couple of bath towels plus some undies, but not to be able to spin them. Review: Trailer life - Great product love it the spin functions not to clever, but all in all love it ## Features - LEISURE DIRECT 230V MINI 3KG CAPACITY PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS SPIN DRY FUNCTION - Brand : LEISURE DIRECT - Product type: WASHER - Blue - Washing Capacity 3kg with timer Spin Capacity 1.5kg with timer Lightweight and portable only 5kg Environmentally friendly and energy saving Up to 15 minute built in timer ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00UOYODRS | | Access location | Top Load | | AccessLocation | Top Load | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,638 in Large Appliances ( See Top 100 in Large Appliances ) 71 in Portable Washers | | Brand | LEISURE DIRECT | | Brand Name | LEISURE DIRECT | | Capacity | 3 kg | | Colour | Blue, White | | Controls Type | Knob | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 127 Reviews | | Cycle Options | Spin | | Depth With Door Open Maximum | 33.5 Centimetres | | Finish Types | Painted (White, Blue) | | Finish type | Painted (White, Blue) | | Human Interface Input | Dial | | InstallationType | Freestanding | | Item Depth | 33.5 centimeters | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 33.5D x 34W x 51H centimetres | | Laundry Appliance Drum Material | Plastic | | Manufacturer | LEISURE DIRECT ® | | Manufacturer Part Number | 82706 | | Material Type | ABS | | Max Rotational Speed | 1300 RPM | | Model Name | GLW-82706 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Programs | 1 | | Operation Mode | Semi Automatic | | Product dimensions | 33.5D x 34W x 51H centimetres | | Recommended Uses For Product | Residential | | Special Features | Portable | | Special feature | Portable | | StandardCycles | 1 | | UPC | 081175501943 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Voltage | 230 Volts | ## Product Details - **Access location:** Top Load - **Brand:** LEISURE DIRECT - **Capacity:** 3 kg - **Colour:** Blue, White - **Controls type:** Knob - **Cycle options:** Spin - **Finish type:** Painted (White, Blue) - **Material:** ABS - **Product dimensions:** 33.5D x 34W x 51H centimetres - **Special feature:** Portable ## Images ![230V MINI 3KG CAPACITY PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS + SPIN DRY FUNCTION - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71iIyIyVWBL.jpg) ![230V MINI 3KG CAPACITY PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS + SPIN DRY FUNCTION - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71cmBg7AzVL.jpg) ![230V MINI 3KG CAPACITY PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS + SPIN DRY FUNCTION - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71cx5it8wAL.jpg) ![230V MINI 3KG CAPACITY PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS + SPIN DRY FUNCTION - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-qyAwmnkL.jpg) ![230V MINI 3KG CAPACITY PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS + SPIN DRY FUNCTION - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71l20NkmcsL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Do you have to empty and refill the water for each cycle?** A: you don't have to. Depends on if you want clean water every time. I try to put pale items that just need a quick wash in first - remove and spin ( using a separate spinner because the spin dry part of the machine is really not vey good ) then put darker stuff in while the water is still hot. **Q: Is there enough space and power to wash and spin a bath mat respectively? Thanks.** A: Yes **Q: Is the spinner any good please** A: Good enough for small items, tops, underwear. Heavy or bulky items will still be wet but not dripping. You can quickly see when it has spun as much as it will as the water stops flowing out. What it does, it does pretty quickly. **Q: Can it dry clothes ?** A: No, just a washing machine ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good handy washer, easy to use. *by A***Y on 19 January 2020* Bought for elderly mum who dies most washing by hand but broken her arm. It does the job quickly and efficiently. We haven’t actually used the ringer function as we already have a machine for that. It’s quicker to fill using a bucket. ## Frequently Bought Together - LEISURE DIRECT ® 230V MINI 3KG CAPACITY PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS + SPIN DRY FUNCTION - Hyindoor herbal oil extraction bubble bags, for ice extraction, 20L, 5 bags --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://sintmaarten.desertcart.com/products/54383188-230v-mini-3kg-capacity-portable-washing-machine-for-students-spin](https://sintmaarten.desertcart.com/products/54383188-230v-mini-3kg-capacity-portable-washing-machine-for-students-spin) --- *Product available on Desertcart Sint Maarten* *Store origin: SX* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
