Excellent supplement to strengthen the immune system!I have been using Immune Defend from Liberty Lifestyle for several weeks and I have noticed a real improvement in my overall health. I really like that it combines 8 essential ingredients such as vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D, turmeric, echinacea and elderberry, all known to strengthen the body's defenses. This product's description details state both that you are receiving a 2-Month Supply and a 1-Month Supply. I purchased thinking I was getting 2-Month's worth, but if you zoom in on the label, it states there are 60 capsules and to take 2 capsules each day. For the amount paid for this supplement, that's a lot to pay each month. Unfortunately, I've not noticed a discernible difference in not getting sick while taking this product. I work at a school and am exposed to a lot of sick kids not covering when they cough, etc... I'd hoped this might boost my immune system. The pills do have a strange taste, but it's slight. They are large in size, but not hard for me to swallow. I have to keep them separate from my daily pill box as they're too large to fit 2 in with the other pills.
