Exactly what I needed
This is a great little vise. I'm working with miniatures too small to hold in my fingers and this holds them securely. It's heavy enough that I don't even need the suction cup, but that works great, too. Once you attach it to the table, it's not going anywhere. I would recommend it for any small job.

Works very very well. Could use some small improvements
I would rate 5 stars but it could use some improvements. It's great for crafts but you have to line it with something if working with delicate items such as jewelry or fine stones, etc. Specifically precious metals. I used some adhesive backed felt and it works great, now. The suction cup also kind of sucks...or actually stops sucking as much lol....after a bit of use, which is disappointing because at first it worked so well it was unreal. I guess I shouldn't have expected it to last, but it was great while it lasted. If there was a way to keep it working that well the entire life of the unit, I would rate 5 stars and recommend 10/10...due to having to add the felt for almost any craft I can think of and the cup losing suction, I'll do 4 stars and 9/10 recommend, because it's a great price and still a really nice little product and value. That is a solid, honest, extremely critical review. In reality, I love the product even though I had to amp it up a little for my needs.

As Expected !!
This vice is small enough to fit in hand, but has a powerful grip to surface. I placed it and tried with all my might to pull it off, and it refused to budge. I flipped the little lever and it released immediately as intended. I should have bought this for hobby crafting a long time ago. No more struggling with items I need to be still in place. This is a must have for anyone who hobby crafts or does tedious work with their hands. And so darn cute!

Works perfectly
I use this to hold small pieces of wood that I drill for suncatchers. It makes the process much safer and easier.
