This is a great little shoe rack bench!! It arrived quickly and came with all the parts and pieces (it came with 1 extra of each of the screws and washers and bolts) and it was very easy to assemble. My husband didn't even have to help me! It is exactly as shown in the pictures. I read some reviews that stated that the bench was a really rough wood. While it is not smooth like a finished desktop, it is not horribly rough either. No splinters!! It is semi rustic with a beautiful color wood and I like that the screws are a darker color that blend in more with the wood than some of the other benches I looked at where the screws were silver and stuck out like a sore thumb. It is a simple bench which looks beautiful in our brand new home. JUST WHAT I NEEDED for the owner's entry from the garage. The bench also serves as a great place to put groceries when I go out to get more from the car instead of putting them on the floor, or to put things that I need to take with me the next time I go out. I would recommend this bench to anyone looking for a smaller bench with a place to put a few pairs of shoes. I think it would hold at least 4 pairs of my husbands shoes and a pair of tall boots also. Oh, I sat on it and it did not break!!

Perfect for my front entrance. Good storage for our shoes and my purse. Sturdy enough to sit on and lightweight to move around. It’s not even a bad price either.

It looks pretty much like the photo, and is easy to put together. The best part about this is that it is real wood. But be warned it is stained not sealed so it will work fine right out of the box, but it wont dust well its like dusting unfinished wood. But if you want to take the time to sand and seal the pieces before assembly there would be nothing wrong with it and it would probably last forever.

We bought this shoe rack bench for our entryway, which is pretty narrow. The bench was a good fit in that it isn't very deep. My hiking boots stick out on both sides, but my wife's shoes fit into it fine. It was easy to assemble. It comes with all of the fasteners you need along with some cheap little tools that worked fine for tightening them down. All of the holes are pre-drilled, which is helpful. My biggest complaint is that the top of the bench is made from very thin and brittle wood. I cracked one of the boards the first time I sat on it, and I'm not that big. I took it to my shop and reinforced the underside of the seat with a piece of plywood, and now it works fine.

Good quality, easy to assemble. I use it outside. I wish I did not pick the black color because it gets dirty very quickly. Otherwise very sturdy.

Very well-built and you almost don't need instructions to put it together. The pieces fit perfectly together with very good construction tolerances. The wood is not "premium" quality, but nonetheless is very smooth and clean, and I think can easily be stained or painted to match your particular decor.
