Was delivered when advised and delivery went really smoothly. Was in perfect condition. Works perfectly.

When our fridge arrived it already had a dent in the side, which Amazon kindly offer us a small refund as an apology. Later that day my partner noticed the door hinge on one of the doors was broken so this was causing issues when closing the door.He called TCL who informed him, they would need to send out an engineer to replace the hinge. Fast forward four months and still no hinge or engineer! Apparently one company had sent hinges but the other company never received them! So for the past four months we have been calling every week, four different company's to try and get this sorted and fixed! No one ever called us back with an update, each time we were told we've had to escalated it and everyone kept passing the buck. No one was taking responsibility! In the end, my partner emailed the ceo/ directors / chairman etc... of TCL and threaten them with watch dog and the ombudsman if we didn't get a new hinge or new fridge! Within an hour we received an email saying the fridge is unrepairable and you will be issued with a voucher for a new fridge orcz refund! We will never buy from TCL again as the customer service was so terrible and very disappointing - hence the one star! Nothing wrong with the fridge itself, just not buying one from TCL ever again!

Trust me this is the exact quality if not better than higher priced fridges in Currys UK. Very impressed by the quality finish and size. Draws are heavy duty, it’s quiet and keeps my coconut water cold. What else do you need in a fridge. Also the delivery men were so helpful! It was pouring down with rain and they helped me and my 70 year old mum take the window out to get it in the fridge. They were honestly amazing I hope this review will be passed onto the delivery men. All round amazing service from Amazon and the seller they have. Thank you.

HelloI bought this fridge it been almost year and all of the sudden it’s stopped working!!!I been in touch with company TCL saying they going to fix it been a month and I eventually got an email saying they won’t be able to fix it with no further explanation no good reason?I am just asking here is to either get my current fridge fixed or getting a replacement that should be too hard ?We lost great amount of money on food in the fridge. My old mother and my children are starving they haven’t had vegetables or proper food during the last month.

Absolutely disgusting service, freezer broke down. Lost around £200 worth of food. Communication from marks electrical non existent. Under warranty but still been without a fridge freezer for nearly 4 weeks. Still no communication from TCL or marks electrical..... Fuming 😡😡😡😡😡
