I've owned some really expensive arms in the past and this unit has similar build quality but the design is actually better. I love how sturdy the mounting plate assembly is and it was very easy to install, with great instructions. Once you set the tensions correctly per the instructions you're able to set the position precisly and it stays in place. I also love that it goes pretty flat against the wall if you need to get it out of the way temporarily. Of course this needs to be in studs, can't imagine why they even bother with the drywall screws.

Setup was super easy, it fit with my 48” oled monitor perfectly. Construction is solid metal and the joints come pre oiled and the prices are very easy to assemble. Very well made I love this product will definitely buy more in the future.👍👍

Good fit and finish, solid construction. The cable management built in works ok. Holds my ultra-wide monitor without issue.

Worked great with new Apple Studio Display with the vesa mount, no sagging, smooth movement, solid heavy weight to it and looks good in white. Mounted to studs of window frame. Like others, I did not use the included hardware, very light and cheap looking aluminum alloy bolts of some sort with no grade or other markings, very cheap compared to good stainless Lowe’s lag bolts. Other reviews mentioned broken bolts when used and I’d believe it, better to not include them or charge a bit more for more substantial hardware. Get yourself better grade hardware/lag bolts somewhere else, which is why only 4 stars, but still recommended.

What the description says. I had the tools to make it easy. I also liked how the Hex Screws were could be screwed in using a Phillips head or a socket wrench. It holds my 32" Ultra Wide LG just fine, with plenty of maneuverability. More than I actually need. Even cable management is easy to work with. The media could not be loaded. The system seems sturdy enough, but went to install and noticed the end that attaches to monitor doesn’t seem right. First, it’s at an angle that even with a heavy load, it would still have the monitor facing upwards very steep. Inspecting that piece further, I realized that it’s not even put together well, with the tension adjustment bolt not accessible (being blocked by the plastic cover as in photo 1), and is pushing that plastic cover away looking like it’ll break the plastic (photo 2). Sucks that I installed the arm into the wall, meaning holes are made in the stud, and I may need to replace this unit completely. Clearly quality control was not a top priority when packaging.Updated to 1 star as it seems this company doesn’t have any customer service.

I bought this for my LG Ultragear 49 inch curved monitor. I saw the competition had a similar unit at 3 to 4 times the price of this one, so I had my doubts if it would work. I have had it up for over a week now and it works perfectly. No extra parts needed and simple to install. You need to take some time adjusting the tension to get it set up, but once that's done it stays in place and is easy to raise, lower and adjust position. And frees up a ton of space on my desk. The advertisement says it works with Samsung Odyssey; I wondered if it would work with my LG Ultragear of same size. Yes it does!

I bought a wall mount for my grandson's monitor. It's perfect. It works exactly as advertised. The quality is very good. Will buy again, my grandson and I are very happy.

The positive :This is a very strong arm that handle my curved 34 inches dell monitor that weight 8 kilos.No unwanted tilt, ample movements both up and down and left and right. Extension is also very good.I feel my monitor could be much heavier since all the adjustments are around the middle so there is a lot of room to support bigger model.The product was well packagedThe installation by itself is easy for the most part except one thing: there is no instruction on how to choose the installation height and it is hard to tell before installing it.For the futur buyers :i) The bottom of the round plate that goes in the wall will be 3/4 of an inch above the bottom of the square plate that goes into your monitor at the lowest setting)2) The bottom of the round plate that goes in the wall will be 14 3/4 inch above the bottom of the square plate that goes into your monitor at the highest setting(I can't give you measurements with reference to your monitor, since size and Vesa plate position changes between model.)I would buy again without hesitation.

Tengo una pantalla cuerva de 49 '' tenia mis dudas sobre el brazo si lo soportaría por que el monitor es pasado , pero ha funcionado muy bien el material es de muy buena calidad lo recomiendo mucho no he tenido ningún problema

I am very happy with the product easy to install and use and set settings. Hold my 34 inch monitor very well and easy to organise cables inside.

Installation is simple, but when it comes to supporting an ultra-wide screen (12kg), the arm falls short. Despite being rated for up to 20kg, it struggles to hold the weight properly and remains in a constant state of droop. If purchased through Amazon, only a refund is available—no option to exchange defective parts. For anyone with a 49" ultra-wide monitor, I recommend considering a different mounting arm.
