Installation is a bit tedious, however the end result is so worth it! It's absolutely beautiful! I read some comments that showed pictures of a greyish rust looking like old metal when you first receive it. Don't despair, it's the protective covering. Scratch a little of it and you will see the beautiful chrome underneath! When taking it off, I used vinyl gloves so not to get finger prints on the chrome! They're a beast to wipe off!! This chandelier brings elegance to the entryway of my foyer!!

Let me start with... shipping was fast! it actually arrived a day earlier so immediately received 1*'s for that. The packaging was secured and all parts came in, and yes I counted all the pieces and made sure there were 57, which matches the mounting plate - another star for that...Before purchasing this product, I read all the reviews, advice and caveats of the installation... Since I was going to install this by myself on a two story foyer, I couldn't afford to make any mistakes and needed to make the task as simple as possible. So with that said, I created a template of the mounting hole on a piece of paper bag and placed a tape on the opposite side and attached it to the ceiling then drilling the holes. I used a different mounting hardware then one provided as I wanted it to be more secure than the set provided- prefer for this to not fall due to the weight. Finally installed the chamber, secured the wiring and mounted the cover plate and removed the protective sheet to prevent scratches, installed the lights 35w GU10 bright white LED bulb I bought from local HD (which I plan on replacing with a 50w daylight LED) .... then with help from both my daughters, one unwrapping and other handing it to me - this made the installation of the chandelier pendant strands rather speedy...TIP:- Buy 6x GU10 LED bulbs to match your preferred tone (white, warm, night or daylight)- Count all the strands before proceeding with installation and arrange them in numerical order since some might have shifted during shipment, but they should all be labeled/numbered- If doing alone, get all your tools ready and be ready to climb up and down several times- Take your time! Safety first while using ladder- Create mounting template for drilling mounting holes- Tape the back of mounting clips - this will make the installation of the strand rings so much easier so they do not rotate- Don't use the gloves provided, it will make installation of the strands more painful, just avoid touching the already exposed chrome plated cover- Be ready to spend at least 3 hours on the project- Installation should be 4/5 in difficulty as it does take time, but plan accordingly before starting and should save you plenty of timeOverall, I'm quite satisfied with the installed chandelier - and that's where the rest of the 3*'s came from- see my photos!!! We saw this in my bedroom closet. It is definitely good for a closet chandelier. But I would think it would be too small for any other room. It was not super easy to install. But I happen to have a husband who is pretty good at doing those things and working around “cheap crap from China.” So the end product was all that I was concerned about and the end product was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this item, but only if you have a super handy person who can work around issues that might arise while installing.

As with other reviews, it is slow tedious process to get it installed, but well worth it, end result is beautiful. Each crystal string comes wrapped separately, have to unpack and make sure it is installed in the order. We started with #1 and higher in that order. At the end the installer said he would have done it other way. He even tried to mount the fixture and put few string and then install it on the ceiling, but it was too heavy to install it high up on a ladder.I unwrapped all the strings, lay them down on the floor in the ascending order. Once the fixture was mounted on the ceiling and bulbs installed, I handed strings one by one to the installer. The way they hook to the fixture could be improved to make it easier.Received one string which was broken, contacted seller, who promptly shipped it, took about 15 days to get here, so had to get the installer back to install that one string.Looks beautiful once it is completely installed.

The light is beautiful. Instead of following the instructions I put the strings of crystals on prior to hanging it. This saved time because some of the braces that hold the bulbs covered the holes for the strings. My husband was skeptical but he's impressed with how it looks so that says a LOT.

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love it. It's longer than what I expected. I'm glad the smaller crystals were already assembled because the handyman would have robbed me blind. Lol. But it looks great. 👌 (does not come with the light bulbs)

We are remodeling our bathroom and thought this chandelier would add a really nice finishing statement hanging above a bathtub. We were immediately disappointed to open the box and discover the base isnʻt at all like what was pictured online. Instead of a nice shiny chrome like base it was a dull metal grey with welding burn marks.Also, the instructions said the base would be covered with a protective film. No film.What a let down!My advice is to spend more money and buy something thatʻs not made in China

I like that everything came numbered so it was really easy to hang up!

No me gustó lo de arriba de la lámpara traía unas letras azules horribles que obviamente se mirarían y en las reseñas con fotos no vi ninguna así por eso me anime a comprarla.Tuve que comprar spray metálico en aerosol y pintar esas letras y toda la.parte de arriba.Aun no la instalo pero estoy segura que de haber dejado esas letras y Rallas azules ni de chiste se hubiera visto bien

Me gustó mucho, al momento de armar algunas letras en la bolsita no sé entendían, al final todo quedó muy bien 💕🥳👌abcdefghijklmno es la secuencia..p es la del centro

The media could not be loaded.  Esta muy bonita pero, se mancha muy fácil y aun limpiando con desegrasante o alcohol no se limpia las manchas. Recomiendo instalar con las manos bien limpias y desengrasar con alcohol. Se instala fácil, empiecen por el riel, conecten, fijen la base y después monten los hilos y cristales.

Although it took about 4 hours for my husband and I to install the fixture over the curve staircase (17’ ceiling high), it’s worth to spend such time because it makes my staircase look so attractive after all. We use the GU10, 6000K LED light bulbs. The daylight complements the mahogany colour of the stair treads (the old yellow light fixture failed to do so). We both love…. it so much. I wish the manufacture manual has an instruction and pictures to illustrate how to attach each strand to a crystal ball and how to attach each strand to the base. Other than that, all parts are included in the box for installation. Again, love it.
