waster of money, haven't lost a pound

I really fear the quality when ordering anything from China. This is no different.We really don’t know what this product really contains.I don’t get allergic reactions to anything, ever. However with this item I immediately felt itching. It was almost uncontrollable by day 2 and my bellybutton has a small lump and a bit swollen, photo attached is from patch I removed 2 days ago, the skin is painful and feels more like a burn then a rash.This site/ad says the “wrong” way to place it and not to use during the day yet other ones say you can place it there and to use all day and change daily, preferable at night before bed.What I do know is...This CANNOT be all natural. This would not happen to me if it was.

Didn’t have any I instruction and not good on a sensitive skin. Waist of money for sure.
