Bought it to upgrade my Dell desktop so it had wifi and Bluetooth capability. Setup flawlessly using Linux operating system 👍

Do not purchase
Extremely poor quality... wireless signal is very weak and shuts off at random, bluetooth drops connectivity even when within 2-3 feet of the receiver. Basically e-waste.

Easy Peasy
Gave an old PC WIFI and Bluetooth without having to install any internal boards. The Bluetooth part is only 4.0, but that seems to do what I need it to do. Plugged in and worked right out of the package on my Linux box.

Windows wouldn't recognize it at first and speeds aren't great, but it's a decent value.
Tried to use this for a fresh windows install on a PC I was building for my daughter and windows would not recognize it as a wifi connection so I had to drag a LAN cable from 2 rooms over. After completing the windows install and updates it would recognize it as a WIFI adapter, not bluetooth, but still wouldn't offer the popup where you can put in your WIFI login credentials. Unplugging the LAN cable made no difference so I had to go to their website and manually get the drivers to install them. After all this it finally worked as expected.Speeds aren't great but I really needed an adapter that offered wifi as well as BT while only using 1 USB port. At least I do seem to be getting near the claimed 150mbit of my 1gbit fiber and that's fine for this system that won't be used that often or downloading anything really large.
