so much better than I expected, even sealed up tight tubeless first try :O
I was looking for a do it all type tire for the bike I take on long trips, and all I could find was narrower wire bead city type tires or full blown knobby MTB tires. These seemed like what I was after and figured I would give them a shot.perfect fit on my wheels, nice and tight but not overly so that I needed multiple levers. Just cleaned and sprayed the rim down with some water made sure the one side was all the way down in the channel and worked my way around till the popped on. ****reading tire reviews its pretty clear many people do not know how to install a tire, you really need to make sure the first side/bead you put on the rim is seated right down the middle of the rim channel before trying to pop the other bead on.I have installed cheap tires on kids bikes and boardwalk bikes before and they feel and smell very plastic like but the rubber on these felt soft/flexible and smelled good. They fit and looked and felt every bit as good as my other name brand mountain and gravel bike tires so I decided to slap the next one on without a tube and it inflated easily with a burst of air from my can then continued to hold air for couple hours with no sealant (better than many of my tubeless branded tires). Decided to set them both up tubeless with a couple shots of Stans in each they haven't lost any air for a week and zero sidewall sealant weeping. They measure 2.183 inches wide on a 30mm inner width rim, feel great and roll silent on the street, the large volume is great in the dirt and actually. They have a really decent amount of grip for an ATB/all purpose type tread design. They feel very durable and are heavy compared to a 2.2" or smaller thin sidewall XC tire but not bad at all....better than a wire bead 2"+ city tire. The remind me very much of the Surly Extraterrestrial tires but smaller width.Only had them on for a couple weeks/just over 100 miles but so far so good, liked them enough I bought two more pair plus another set in the 27.5 size for my wife's ATB touring bike. (the 27.5 feels/smells the same so I am pretty optimistic but I have not installed them yet so cant say if they are as good) I will try and update this after a few hundred more miles.

Great budget tire - 300mi and still going strong
I have these gumwall 26" tires on a 90s Trek MTB I restored 2 years ago. I've put at least 300mi on them, they have held up great and have tons of tread still left on them. They had the look I wanted, they're holding up better than expected, and for the price they can't be beat. Would definitely buy them again.

You get what you pay for!
Preface: I've worked in the cycling industry for a number of years, and relatively high standards for builds/components.I got these tires for an old specialized hard rock townie conversion. Trying to keep this build as cheap as possible as it's my lock up/bad weather/ice cream run bike, I did not want to invest in anything too expensive on it. However aesthetically, I really wanted tan walls, but something nice, like a Schwalbe billy bonkers or maxxis DTH would have thrown the budget. @$38/pair, I figure these were worth a shot. And honestly, I'm a little impressed, a pair of folding tires for $38?!? They mounted up easy, the tan/black line is PERFECT, and cruise around town just fine! Now, you do get a little of what you pay for with these.-tires were mounted to some old Araya 26x1.5 rims (relatively wide) and with my digital caliper, even in fairly wide rims, they measure out at 1.7-1.8" , nowhere near a full 1.95" wide.-both of them have a little bit of "wobble" with one of them a good deal worse than the other. But in my couple cruises so far, it's not noticeable while riding, so whatever, it's just one of those nagging things.-at a FULL 60-65psi, they appear like they're about to blow off the rim and there was absolutely no way I'd ride them, 40-45psi, and they're fine.-they're not a "true" tan/skin wall, it's just colored rubber, whatever, no big deal, don't need a super supple ride on this bike, but just an FYITL:DR - tires are perfectly fine for dusting off that ole 26'er and riding around, and a pretty great value for that. BUT you get what you pay for, don't expect the level of fit/finish/features that you'd get from maxxis/schwalbe, etc. They are however an excellent value for what they are, as long as you're cool knowing the trade offs.update: after a several hundred miles on these, they're still running strong. Tread is still good, and i'll probably get at least another years worth of cruising done on them. I feel like they've stretched out a little bit, and straightened out, the visual wobble is less, and they measure a hair wider than when new. Have ridden them on pavement, gravel, and dirt, and felt pretty fine on all surfaces, although I'm not pushing this bike "to the limit" they're fine for a cruiser that'll see a bit of mixed surface riding., increased rating from 3 to 4/5 based on their longevity and a couple of the minor issues seem to have corrected as the tires have been inflated for a while.

So far so good
I have been using these tires for about a month now. I have been riding my bike for about 15 miles a day 5-6 days a week in that time. The route I ride is all paved, so these tires are much smoother than the knobby mountain bike tires that cam with the bike which makes riding easier and more pleasant. Before I put these tires on, I had no less than 3 flat tires on this same route (2 in the 3 days before changing the tires). I have not had any flats since putting these tires on my bike. That may just be coincidence, though, but I haven't had to walk 5+ miles home while pushing a bike since using these. These tires seemed fairly easy to install as well. I don't think they were any more difficult to install than the tires that came with the bike at least.

Not half bad
Whoever makes these tires has questionable quality control, or these are factory seconds. Not really bad tires. They are functional. One of them has a wobble, not noticeable if you close your eyes.
