I got these to go over padded underwear when I wanted my child to wear pants. They are very soft and thin, not plasticky like the old kind. Worked great to contain small accidents while toilet training. They will NOT replace a cloth diaper cover. They fit nicely over my small framed child. They may be tight on a chunky child.

I like how soft and flexible they are. The band around the leg isn't stiff or tight. Unlike the old school plastic pants they left a mark on the toddlers thighs, but they were thick like a shower curtain liner. I've only had them for 24 hours , but so far my toddler hasn't soaked through the clothes .I rated them 4 stars, because I need to experience them a bit longer. I'll update over time after laundering and normal wear . No harsh chemical smells , I loved the soft fabric inside . I wish someone would make the design from the old days in the 80's when they were actually attached to the cotton training pants , but thus far these have been decent. I didn't want to buy the cloth diapers that snap up in the front to use as training pants . The technical use need to involve stepping in and out of them not laying down for diapering.Give them a try if you are contemplating if you should .

So, I don't know if the pack I received did not have the "waterproof" lining, but these are not leak proof nor waterproof. I've read the reviews of folks saying that they were perfect for potty training, that's exactly what we got them for and they are not. The first time my daughter wet the bed in them, it got everywhere. They fit perfectly snug, no looseness anywhere around the bands, they just didn't hold the urine, at this point I don't even know why she wears them aside from her wanting to wear them.

True to size and very waterproof. Perfect for potty training. My 3 year old has been using these to learn to go on the potty and the few accidents she has had have held all in without any leaks! Way better than ones I have purchased in the past for my older girls.

I love the soft feel my toddler sweats less and she doesn't sound like she has on a plastic bag this combined with the thick panties holds the pee pee accidents better these protect her clothes from getting wet if it's a small accident such a life saver . My toddler hates the plastic pants and enjoys these more on our ways to big girl panties 2yrs old

We just ordered these last night and they were delivered this morning. We tried it for the first time with a pair of regular underwear and I am impressed!My 2 year old notified me that she peed herself so we went into the bathroom to clean her up. Not only was her pants completely dry, but all the pee was completely contained in the rubber underwear. You could actually see it drooping. I placed her in the bathtub and pulled down everything, then cleaned her up. I later asked her if she liked being wet and she said no. Hopefully these will do the trick and get her fully potty trained.
