This channel knife works perfectly and surprised me a great deal. I had typical low expectations when dealing with Chinese junk brands but it was cheap and wasn't about to pay 5-6 times the price for a name brand item which was made in the same junk factory.However, it is well built, sturdy, knife is sharp enough to work well while dull enough to not take a v-channel out of your hand at the end of a carrot. Good compromise.

Has to be the finest dark mahogany wood I’ve ever seen on a handle. And in which they were able to cut such a precise edge on this particular tool is next to godly. This tool is multi dimensional and quick on its own. Always keep your twister kistered it keep the wood nice and help it stay sharp.

Bought this for my husband who loves bartending at home. The look is really high-quality with a wood handle and it feels like a sturdy instrument.

I can’t get this to work very well. Not sure if it’s the design or my skills. It’s hard to hold and maneuver around limes. It also seems to be lacking sharpness. I will be buying another and will report back here if it’s a “me” issue.

This works well to get a nice citrus ribbon for my cocktails. It’s sharp enough out of the box - will be interesting to sharpen it when the time comes.

This is good for left or right handed people. I wish I could control how deeply is cuts better. I want to cut deeper than the angle it’s at allows me to. Still awesome!

Very satisfied with this product. Easy to use and makes perfect spirals from lemons, limes, all fruits.
