Yes, you can use it to find money/jewelry AFTER you get a hit from a full-size metal detector. This is used to "pinpoint" your object once you dig the hole so you can quickly sift through, in this case, sand.

Do you only use this in water or can it be used on land dry.

Yes, it is used in wet or dry conditions. It's a great pin-pointer. I use it regularly and it is fully waterproof to 10 feet.

How long will it take for a delivery to Oman?

Can I travel with it to Mexico ?

I don't know why you couldn't? I don't know for sure but it is clearly a harmless device. The only things that I am aware of that they don't want you bringing in are food and wood products where bugs can reside. Sorry I can't help any further.

Great product badly packaged

I was a little surprised that the packaging was a plastic bag with fragile tape around it, the carrot itself was in a box inside the bag and the box was open at the one end. Everything appears OK thank goodness
