Live the way it makes me sleep through the night. I no longer getting up at dawn. I do wear an eye mask but I was still getting up at sunrise. Now I am rising several hours later, around 8ish or 9.

This medicine dont work, I did use it for 2 months and didnt do anything to me, I dont recommend it, it is a waste of money .
