Simple plug and play, drivers recommended although presently out of date.
Works great, plug and play no issues here. Works better with manufacturer drivers - they are called ASIX USB to Gigabit Ethernet Family Adapter. The drivers are a year old which is a shame. I hope they sort that out.

Great
This is a great adapter. I needed one with an ethernet cable and multiple other connections and this has not failed me. The ethernet works a dream and my laptop now has great internet speed, whilst seamlessly connecting all my other devices with no issues. Would highly recommend.

It works
I bought manly to have Ethernet on my MacBook Pro. It works without issue and provides a good value. If there was a USB-C/Thunderbolt port, it would be perfect

USB-C port replicator
Works a treat... Small size but configured perfectly. Ethernet port located at the end with 3 USB ports down the length. HDMI port for your screen. Power comes via a USC-C input and does allow charging via the connector USB-C so when plugged into your laptop it acts as both a charger and port replicator. Bargain at this price and well recommend.

Great quality hub with lots of ports
This is a great little hub that I’ve used on a laptop with very few ports.I can connect my USB mouse, keyboard, phone charger, HDMI monitor and Ethernet all with this one simple device. In addition my laptop power can be passed-though via the USB-C port.The device feels high quality and the price is really good compared to other options.

Poor reliably, stopped working
Have two of these, one stopped working completely after 2 weeks and the other only works intermittently. They don't seem to work properly if you use for more than one laptop. Great idea as a compact hub /dock but reliability is extremely poor.

Nifty
I good little bit of kit. I use it for work as laptops seem to avoid having their own usb ports these days. Had it a month or so and generally been fine. I had to plug in the hdmi after turning on the laptop otherwise it might not connect. USB are fine for keyboard etc but don't expect to run cameras through it. For the price, pretty good

USB Ports do not work properly
The USB ports do not work properly. I have devices that work perfectly with other adapters, but not with this one. The ports feel a lot tighter than most USB ports. Sometimes removing gadgets from the ports is quite difficult. The ethernet and HDMI ports work fine.
