This dolly is well-built (heavy) and designed to meet the need - I agree that there could be a little more weld on the wheels and that the instruction photos are poor but it wasn't really that hard to assemble - I would also reiterate a previous comment - the extra bolts, nuts, washers are in one of the tubes - even has a sticker on it to tell you, so check there before posting that it is missing.It is not as portable as those smaller dollies but I was not enjoying having to lift my heavy kayak and drop it on the C-Tug and then cinch it down - plus the C-Tug wheel dont roll as well as the Vevor does although I do wish the wheels had bearings - it looks like they just ride on the plastic(?) material.The breakdown of the dolly is pretty easy - I just bought some of those wire lock pins and used them everywhere - makes it a snap to assemble/disassemble.I am considering a mod to it to accept a coupler but will use it as-is for a bit to get a feel for if needed or not - I also may enlarge the pad holes to allow for maneuvering the pads to a greater angle - we'll see on that one too.Edit - Used it for first time on 10/5 - worked well easy to put into water than to get out - the wheels float so you have to step on the trailer to drop it for loading. The handle is bad - not a good pull point - I will look at mod to make it more comfortable. I can tell you that if you have a steep ramp and a heavy kayak that it will still feel heavy - thinking about modding it to put a trailer coupler on it to pull w truck up to an unloading spot. Otherwise - it is easy to assemble/disassemble, faster to get into/out of the boat ramp area, and I didn’t get water into my boots like I used to so all-in-all it is a winner for me.

Trailer is sturdy. Only problem is missing a bolt. Others have said the same thing.

If you watch the video, it will get you halfway there. But point your bolts down, in the opposite direction the man on the video did it so you won't scratch your kayak.It is very well built, just bad instructions. It is well worth the $103. I bought it to pull behind my golf cart to the launch ramp.

It needs a pin hitch adaptor to hook to my garden tractor. A simple 3/8 inch slot with a 3/8 pin hole would do it. It may be difficult to use with small boats by reason of the front support location, which cannot be changed. Otherwise a rugged and simple trailer. Get a color print of the trailer because the assembly instructions are rather worthless.

The media could not be loaded. This dolly had a defective tire right out of the box! Husband noticed after assembling it was flat. Tried to put air in it and heard a hissing sound. There was a hole at the valve stem contacted seller they said instead of sending a new tire, they’d send an innertube (of course, my husband is not real happy about having to install an innertube, but he reluctantly said OK) Took about two weeks to get a package from them and it wasn’t an innertube! It was a whole tire that was way smaller than the one on our dolly and is a solid tire, doesn’t even have an innertube in it. Absolutely worthless! And their customer support wasn’t helpful at all when I contacted them about getting the wrong size tire and no innertube they just kept asking was I happy? Of course, I said, no! Filed a dispute with my credit card company, and had to go to Amazon customer support to get any satisfaction/refund as seller was no help at all. Found the same item on Temu for less and it will be here in a few days. I will start checking Temu for things because I’m not paying return shipment on defective items. This is the first time I ever experienced that on Amazon. I thought it was always free return shipping on defective items and you could just get a label and take it to Kohls or any other drop off place. I spent hours getting this resolved.

This is the perfect size for our small sailboat! It is well-made, and works very well getting the boat in and out of the water. We love it!

I had to do some guess work on the foot pad assembly near the wheels. The two metal brackets that they are mounted with should be symmetrical with all of the drill holes, but instead they were identical; thus, I had to bolt in one bracket facing up and the other facing down. The outcome was fine, but ANYONE would be left scratching their heads. Also, you might as well throw away the instructions booklet. It's literally worthless. There is the video other buyers have mentioned where two men are sloppily rushing to assemble it, but the video ends when they are at about the halfway point. No videos exist on YouTube showing assembly for this exact dolly. Again, most of the assembly is kids play. Just have your parts make sense if you are going to throw a crappy 5 page instructions booklet in the box. 4/5 stars. On a positive note, heck of a price!!!

It looks good and like it will work. However, went to put it together today and 6 nuts and bolts are missing. Cannot connect the support C poles nor can I attach the handle. I will have to make a trip to the store tomorrow. Very disappointed, was hoping to use tonight. As other reviews state: The instructions are not worth the paper they are printed on either. Someone please revise them. Had to keep looking at regular picture to put together. Hopefully once I buy some bolts, I can use it.

I got this for a small dinghy sailboat dolly, It works great. Perfect for lightweight boat. I did find that the back pads slightly deformed the plastic hull, and I plan to modify a plywood form to the shape of the full width of the hull. This dolly is a great value and every boat is different, thus modifying maybe required.

C'est un plaisir de recevoir un colis dans lequel il manque de nombreuses pièces (visserie, cornières...)je précise que le colis était parfaitement fermé.Je n'ai pas voulu reconditionner ce gros colis pour le renvoyer et de devoir attendre encore.J'ai donc fabriqué les pièces manquantes et adapté cette remorque.Je ne sais pas si c'est le fabricant qui n'a pas fait son job ou si c'est un colis de plus qui a été réexpédié après un retour client.Quoi qu'il en soit tout le monde est content sauf moi qui ai perdu mon temps.

Transportiere mein Whaly 435R mit knapp 200 KG auf dem Handtrailer.Ich war erst etwas skeptisch ob der Trailer das Gewicht hält , ist aber absolut kein Problem.Super Verarbeitung und schnell zusammen gebaut.
