I bought this because all the hype about it helping enlarge your breast. I did not get the results I was hoping for in that area. Which doesn’t make this a bad product if it’s bought for what it’s intended to do.

I started taking Bee Pollen, about 25 years ago, to increase my metabolism and boost energy. I take one tablet daily. I really don't know if it has an effect or not, but I plan to continue taking it.
