I still haven’t received my bulb as yet it’s already 2 days late

You need to direct that question to whoever you seller was.

Is this just the bulb or the whole mechanism

Just the T5 bulb,Come in 22-34-46 Inch lengths depending on your Viv Size,I find its better to position the tube at an angle i.e. ( front left to rear right,or front right to rear left ),Think this gives better UV distribution.
