I already had tools to cut and crimp, and had thimbles from another source. I bought them to hang pictures cheaply but attractively, sandwiched between Fomecore and single strength plate glass and held together with standard 1-1/4” binder clips with extraneous handle removed. I still have more than 80 feet, and have all manner of projects in mind.

This works great for repairing window regulators. My wife's window regulator broke and this was the right size to fix the broken cable. The end slips worked as well. It saved me $60 of buying a new regulator. It was also nice because I messed up the first cable and had more than enough parts left to try again

The media could not be loaded. Excellent wire and ferrules. Only writing review because I recall someone(s) saying it was difficult to cut and needed a rotary cut-off tool. I had no problem with normal 7" side cutters. I slid the wire in near the pivot to get the most leverage. Took a strong grip to cut, but nothing unreasonable for this 69-year-old man. Tape helps keep the ends tight but messy video. But watch where a small piece might shoot.

Used to run a shades line on patio, I must say very strong most like, barely visible.

This is truly refined stainless cable, the fit and finish is excellent and the cable is extremely flexible, allowing it to easily bend around pulleys and support fixtures.The surface is smooth and clean, so no worried about cuts and scrapes.All in all, I'm extremely happy with this cable and will absolutely be ordering more in the future.

Cable performed as advertised! Great quality and was such a good deal that included the swageable sleeves! Coil and packaging was compact and well done.I use them to support two new 6 foot picket fence gates and are almost invisible and help support the entire gate as intended.Thanks!

After replacing the original rope in my cantilever umbrella with fresh rope only to have it break within 2 weeks, I decided to try steel cable. This cable is thin and flexible enough to string through the umbrella (was easier to string than rope actually). It's rated to 368 lbs breaking strength so it should hold up longer than rope (fingers crossed!)
