So if i use this, will the outgoing i am making show up as my cell phones caller id and phone number? or will it reflect the stationary phones cid?

Your cell phone is actually making the phone call, so that is the number that the person being called sees.

I got one a few months back and it only worked the first day. Now i just get a busy signal... Any suggestions??

I would suggest 'forgetting' the device, rescan for bluetooth devices and re-pair the link to the phone.

How to you hook this up to house wiring so all jacks work?

Just run a phone cord from the unit to any good wall jack and all the jacks in home will connect to the unit.

Will it produce a dial tone on the connected phone?

yes! The rotary phone I am using has a dial tone and works as expected
