Pros: The chair looks nice and pretty much identical to how it looks in the pictures when assembled.Cons: The cushions feel really hard and not that comfortable to sit on. The lumbar support is also quite resistant to being pushed by the body.I am hoping they will get better over time.The maximum seat height is a little lower than I expected.Even the back side is smaller, but that's probably my fault for not looking at the dimension properly. Yes I am a really tall dude.While there is a good range of motion on the armrest, I wish they had added little more length for the horizontal movement. Right now it feels more gimmicky than practical.
