The media could not be loaded. The product did not work due to defective issues from manufacturer. We were told that the part replacement would take 10-15 days because they are shipped from China. There was an offer to ship a new unit from the warehouse, but it never happened. It is now past 30 days and the return date, and we have not received a replacement part, refund, or new unit from the warehouse. Amazon should drop this distributor from the products offering. They do not meet the standards that I have received from Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. Institutions need more detail, inside top brackets are cheaply made you have to retighten everything, and the hooks definitely need to stick out more than the instructions say, otherwise there lovely to look at
