Is the tripod plate included in this? Mine did not include one even though there’s a photo of it and also a picture of it on the box.

A tripod plate is not included. There is a metal anchor mount included that screws into the tripod socket of your camera.

When rolled up will it fit the the back pocket of my jeans?

Yes, it's just over an inch thick and roughly 3.5 inches rolled up, but will fit in back pocket of most jeans, wouldn't site down though!! Does fit in mine. Very handy strap.

Can this strap function the same when wearing a backpack?

It can be worn in the neck strap position with the camera hanging to the front of the body whilst wearing a back pack. The back pack would interfere with the sliding of the strap when using it in the sling position. It might be possible to use the strap as a shoulder strap whilst wearing a back pack depending on the width of the back pack straps.

What sort of weight can these hold? Can i use a nikon d7200 on it?

I use this on a Nikon d500 with an 80-400 mm zoom lens and that's some heavy kit. It is a brilliant strap and worn across the body the weight distribution is great (I'm female, 5ft 2 and find using the camera neck strap very uncomfortable). It adjusts quickly and easily as well which is a bonus when photographing wildlife. It was recommended to me by a professional photographer who uses it all the time. It's a great strap. Highly recommend. Hope this helps.
