Able to use with Diode Laser
I have a Elegoo 20W Diode laser and this product works perfect, even if it states for a CO2 laser. I slowed down my speed (1000) and kept the same power (70%). You can actually feel the engraving that it does, which is far different from the other laser spray that I had bought for about twice the price. I had to try a different brand because that other spray I had worked ok, but it rubbed off with little friction. This product is solid and works like it's supposed to. I would recommend this if you've tried other sprays. I don't usually write reviews but this product did what I needed and if you're having problems like I had, try this.

Great spray for my 5W diode
This works really well and is a fraction the cost of other options. I was able to get good marking on steel and stainless using my 5W diode laser at 100% and very low speed. It's a big enoug can that it'll last me a long time too. Fair warning - if you're not familiar with laser marking sprays this becomes like a powder when it dries and is easy to rub off until you engrave. Once engraved with the laser the mark is pretty permanent!

Not only CO2, works with low watt diode.
Advertised as a 25W co2 laser spray. I have no idea why. It works perfectly with my 12W diode laser.

A bit messy, but works so well.
This is a bit messy. In order to get an even coat, it usually takes enough that it drips off the item. However, it's easy to clean up. It's pretty much just powder once it dries. It works so well. Even works well if the coat isn't perfectly even. Using this on a stainless tumbler has been a game changer. For the record, I use this on my diode laser. Longer Ray5 20W. Looks great every time. I printed a CD cover on a tumbler. The song text was tiny (tiny!). Not able to be read easily with the naked eye. However, I took a picture of it and blew it up on my phone. I was shocked to see it was all legible. Wow.

Quick shipping, product came in perfect condition
Although its not cheap, this product does exactly what its supposed to do and it takes a very thin layer for it to work so really the cost isn't as bad as it seems. I have laser engraved numerous stainless tumblers and I'm currently on my 150th brass medallion and I still have it seems over 1/2 can left. If you've never used this type of spray before it goes on as a liquid but wipes off like its dust. I can run the product under water and this spray comes off with very little effort which is AWESOME.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
I have had nothing but issues with this product. It marks the material just as stated there is no issue in that. However, EVERY single can I have ever purchased (5 over maybe 6 months) has stopped spraying material out of the can. I have followed all instructions, kept it in a warm place, even soaked the nozzle in alcohol after every use. No matter what I did I would get maybe 2/3 projects out of the can and that was it. It would not spray out any more product like it ran out of Aerosol. I even contacted Omtech and sent in my patch numbers from the bottom of the cans each and every time and was given the same response. "We had a bad batch and are aware of the issue." Was even sent 2 cans from Omtech and had the same issue over and over. I have given up and will NEVER purchase this again. Go with the Brilliance or XTool makes a spray now, I am going to try those but PLEASE save your money because this product is GARBAGE!

Works perfect for our CO2 lasers.
We own 2 CO2 lasers (one is an 80W and the other is 100W). We've tried several brands of etching spray. This brand is PERFECT! We etch mainly on Aluminum. The technique: Clean the Aluminum piece with alcohol. Let Dry. Shake the spray can for a minute or two. Spray the material to cover it, not to light, but not too heavy. Wait about 10 minutes to dry. Then we set the lasers to around 100mm/s 50%. And etch. Once it's finished, wash off the remaining coating and lightly clean up with a soft microfiber cloth and water. We do this in a professional environment daily. This is the ONLY spray we use.

Works alright… priced high for what you really get
Doesn’t work exactly as promised but on half of my projects it did fairly decent.
