Plastic gets mixed up with a juice and Philips does not provide a guarantee as they will charge on replacement .

Cheap product
The juicer when it revolves sometimes hits the plastic shield surrounding steel mesh. Making plastic release into juice which is very very harmful.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.If I could I would have sue them. Service is equally BAD.
