Kids birthday is summer and flies make their way out. Last year they were climbing on everything we had out (after everyone had already eaten). By the end we notice those bastards and laid eggs all over one of the pizzas and it was gross. Bought four of these and not one fly landed on anything.

Great fan for keeping flys away while eating outside. Love the flexibility of the shaft and the blades are not ones to cut or cause a mark if you stick your hand in the way. Looks good and stable design. Good quality product for the price.

Bought these because I liked the idea of being able to recharge using cable and not need to use batteries. Unfortunately what is not said is that it doesn’t ‘charge’…. has to be connected to the charger to run, which is not likely to be near a charger when using, especially as the charging cable is only about 12” long. Worthless. Works fine on batteries. Is relatively quiet and like that can be bent to different angles. Great for flies if use enough of them (comes with 3) and mosquitoes. Don’t know how effective on wasps/hornets. Assume not strong enough to deter them. Not aware yet how long batteries will last at this point. Only have used 1 time. Bought another set for a gift.

I ordered these with very low expectations, but they are drastically reducing the number of flying insect pests in a common outdoor stairway area in my building. I’ve also taken one of these to a few different outdoor picnic areas, and have been completely un-bothered by flies/mosquitoes/yellowjackets which have previously been an issue in those same locations.The fold-out hook on the bottom gives some options for “permanent” installations, and it’s nice they can be powered by either two AA batteries or by a USB cable. A small solar panel will provide enough power to run one of these.

The media could not be loaded. My friends and I were at a restaurant and we were having a fly issue so we asked for something to cover our food. The lady brought out one of these and I absolutely loved it so I went home and got on Amazon and found this set! This is a game changer because I love to eat or drink my coffee outside on my patio and I am tired of the flies, getting to my coffee in between sips. I can even walk back in the house and come out and no flies or anywhere near my coffee cup. I love that you can angle them in different ways so if you have a larger cup that doesn’t fit under it, you can tilt it so it doesn’t hit the cup and it still works!

A clean, safe way to keep the flys off your food. I really like these!

This product worked just like it said it was and did an excellent job of keeping the flies away. The fan was quiet, and the battery lasted for the 3-4 hours we used it. The fan speed was perfect to keep the bugs away and not too fast that it hurt people's hands if it hit it. I recommend that everyone has these types of fans at our door events when food is served.

The first time I used them I used AA batteries. They worked well. But I can’t keep buying batteries. The next time I charged them. Unfortunately two do not take a charge at all- they only work if plugged in or with the two AA batteries. The other two did charge. Very disappointed.
