As a long time basketball player I have almost 40 years of sprained ankles. It doesn't happen often but I have experienced it many times over the years and it's never fun. This theraICE ankle wrap makes it much more bearable. This wrap fits like a sock. It is very heavy and adds the right amount of compression without being difficult to put on. Very stretchy and comfortable to wear and it ices the spots that need it most. I have found the gel stays really cold for about 20-30 minutes which is perfect for an icing session. Gets cold again quickly in the freezer as well. My son also used this for a sprained ankle suffered in HS basketball and immediately said it was better than any of the old gel packs or ice bags we have used.Any athletes or parents of athletes should consider this to have in case of an injury. It also feels great just icing sore ankles from long days on your feet. The combo of pressure, heavy weight, and the cold gel is just perfect IMHO. Great product. I'm very happy with this purchase and have already suggested it to some other parents.

I purchased this after I broke my ankle. It is thick and durable. The coolness that comes from the ice pack is not overwhelming. My ankle is broken so I have just been using it over my toes and top of foot. It has significantly reduced the swelling in my toes and foot. Provides such a relief! I ordered a S/M and I am a side 6-6.5 in women.

I have been using this on my ankle for swelling. This is a great product and it does the job well! Very comfortable and stays cold for around 3 hours. It’s very soft and easy to slide on and off. I’ve worn it over a sock and directly on the skin without complications. Great product!

I've used for a while now and does not retain the cold for more than a few minutes. Good fit and seems to be holding up.

Not cheap but worked perfectly for my swollen ankle/foot. I froze for two hours as noted in the instructions, then let it sit on the counter for ~10 min. The wrap stayed plenty cold for about an hour and a half, fit was fine (make sure you measure your ankle before ordering), and the mild compression felt great - the best part was it completely took down my swelling!

He wears a 5.5 youth shoe, and the small/medium fit him perfectly.The quality is excellent — soft gel packs that don’t freeze solid, so they’re flexible and super easy to put on straight from the freezer. Just make sure your kid wears a sock underneath to avoid any skin irritation.He wears them for 20–30 minutes after baseball, and they work wonders. His heel pain is noticeably better. I just got them and already know I’ll be ordering more from this brand. Seriously impressed.

These work great! I have several of these products. The headache cap, the wrist sleeve and now the ankle sleeve. They are very convenient to use get really cold in the freezer.

snug fit except one was a bit loose at the top. Gets damn cold.
