This is the perfect sized sectional for my apartment. Delivery was smooth and within the window. Extremely versatile. The chaise can be placed on the left or right. The storage in the chaise is more spacious than I anticipated. The loveseat converts with extreme ease. Assembly is relatively easy, although there are no pre-drilled holes. Make sure you have a drill on hand and another person to help put the sections together. It's very firm, but that's my preference. I've only had it a few days and I expect it to soften some with use. The color is a bit darker than the picture, but I'm ok with that as it will be easier to match throw pillows.

The provider didn't include the wheels needed for the love seat. If they would.be willing to send me the wheels, I'd be entirely happy.

The product came in 2 different shades, the pull out part isn’t level with the rest of the couch, the fabric becomes loose almost a month after you get it. Seen the reviews and risked it with the warranty, the warranty is a scam and covers nothing…. Will contact the company sure they won’t do anything either. Don’t waste your money

I ordered this sofa in November of 2017, did not receive it until March of 2018, (they lost it in shipping several times due to wildfires). Regardless, in a household with 2 adults and no children, the cushions have gone so flat that I ordered a new sofa from a retailer in town last month (Nov 2020). We have been packing the chaise storage area with so many extra household blankets & pillows because it went flat first, about a year after purchase. Today I pulled out the bed piece and it got stuck on something beneath and tore the stowaway cushion.Would not recommend.Spend your money at a local furniture store when you can get a better sense of the quality.

Great couch! It was a little tricky to put together. It was hard to find exactly where the predrilled holes were, but if you line the pieces up according to the marks they went in. Best to use a power driver and then finish tightening manually. Will need two people to assemble as the pieces are heavy and tricky to slide together. Couch has been great so far, firm but comfortable. The back pillows are softer than i imagined and it's comfortable sitting against them. The bed part extends easily and folds back well. Also the movers were right on time and moved the box all the way into my living room. I am happy with my purchase, especially since I hadn't seen it in person before buying online.

During assembly there were no pre-drilled holes at any part of the couch. There was an outline to where to line the parts up, but that's it. Had to use a drill instead of a screw driver and put more effort into it than expected. So I had to cut up my couch to get to the wood to assemble it completely. Not a great experience.

I'm giving a star because you can not give less. I still have not to finish assembling it and the fabric is already unstitching. In addition, the few hardware already mounted is upside down. This is really a joke !!!! I'm not going to send it back just because it would be too complicated to return it. I'm really pissed off!!!! This is a real shame ...... no more purchases on Amazon!!!

I love that I can remove the arms and chaise lounge and move it to the right or left side. Or just take off the chaise as an independent piece of furniture and use the arms to make a love seat. The storage is great and the pull out bed is perfect for guests. It's quite firm, but I've slept on it and it's actually made my back feel better. Maybe my regular bed is too soft and I need a firm bed?Bottom line, a great purchase.
