I originally got this product to help with my liver and kidneys. It's the first time I've taken Tudca. I have experienced no negative side effects. The bottle is packaged well and the capsules are an easy to swallow size. I can taste a little bitter when I put them on my tongue. That's a good thing. Bitter is for cleansing and that's what I want to do. I would have to take this product for three months to really feel the full effect, but so far the experience has been good.

I had my gallbladder taken out a few years ago and since have had digestive issues especially when consuming fat as well as issues with elevated liver enzymes. I’ve been using this supplement for a couple of weeks now and have already noticed a difference. I feel a greater sense of well being as well as experience less digestive issues. It seems that this product really does work for liver/gallbladder support. The capsules are small and easy to take and there is no taste to them. If you have gallbladder issues or have had your gallbladder removed I definitely recommend looking into this product.

I Have Tried a lot of different product over the years, and then here on Amazon, I’ve been trying different ones that are what I have researched and found to be relatively good and of Better Quality & some more than others !! This Product Though more Expensive , Is Much Better Quality In every Way, I can’t say enough about it! It is super easy on my system, the size of the capsules Smaller than most Capsules used on the market these days for most every type of herbal supplements!! So this shows 1.) just to have a Proper Dosage , You don’t need huge Capsules , Nor several of them to take each day to get the effect or Proper Cleanse effect your Body needs!! EACH Persons Body is Unique and sensitive & Yes some more toxic than others , so that being said ,#2 This Product will be safe and easy on your body, and healing too!! It will gently cleanse and be healing at the same time.3. The Capsules are very Smooth & small and do not stick as I swallow them, as others do!4. No taste or after taste, no Burpees at all!!5. I take a lot of pills on a daily basis. These are smaller than average and easy to swallow. They never get stuck in my throat like some do. There is no aftertaste. My liver function had started to deteriorate which is why I was interested in TUDCA liver support. I have not had blood work done since I started taking these supplements, but I am hopeful that my liver function has improved. I definitely feel like my gut health has been strengthened.

I love my nightly red wine and am always looking for supplements to add to the mix to help offset my 2 nightly glasses. I read about Tudca as a liver support and also that it had gut benefits. I was very nervous to take it as I often get an upset stomach with supplements (like Milk Thistle which I would love to take, but it gives me HORRIBLE heartburn). I noticed not negative side effects when taking Tudca. In fact, if I take it with my morning coffee and sandwich I feel great so it must be helping with my gut too! Highly recommended.

I tried using this product for two days, however I had to stop taking it because it made me ill. I have tried to contact the company for a refund three times and have had no follow up. This time I am directing my request directly to Amazon, I have been a Prime member for to long not to be receiving adequate customer service.

Bile salts are a great supplement to support a sluggish liver or gallbladder. These salts help with bile production that aids digestion, nutrient absorption and toxin elimination. I haven't taken long enough to speak to personal results, but am confident on my research findings that it has safe ingredients and effective for many people.

I love that I can "hear" my stomach churn as if washing away debris. But be prepared for some adverse effects if you have not eaten many fats! So I've timed it to take a lesser dose or none @ all with my meals depending on fat consumption. But I still value this product and recommend it. Do your research on YT for the benefits. I still have my gallbladder and believe it dissolves stones.
