NOT COOKED ENOUGH
These beets are a little too crunchy for me and I would prefer a one-size product instead of some large, some small.

Did they cook these at all or just stuff them in pickling juice and screw the top on?Rubbery at *very best*. VERY disappointing. Requires a reasonably sharp knife to cut. can hack through with a standard dinner knife. NOT fork cut able :-( :-(Going to try cooking them enough to make them eatable or save the juice to pickle eggs in.Sigh....

Good stuff
They didn't taste like dirt, you know like when granny made them when we were kids. Very good. If you like pickled beets your gonna like these. If you know, you know bro.
