To be honest it was for my husband and he said it's exactly what he wanted

Buy the next size up.
I'm a 32 trousers size. 36" to 40" size is the right size for me. I have only used it a couple of times and it does offer good support. It is also comfortable to wear.

Does what it says helps with my lower back pain, does get abit sweaty wearing it but worth it

Great product for muscular pain and lower back support
Particularly firm, but can be a bit challenging to put on when you are suffering from a lumbar condition.I bought on advice from physio to support an unstable spine condition due to disc problems while waiting for further specialist treatment.I imagine it's good if you are using for a bit of extra firm support especially if sitting for work as it's forces you upright.It keeps the area warm which I assume is excellent for muscle pain or spasms, and keeps movements restricted which I should think helps to prevent torsional or twisting problemsMy personal problem means it doesn't resolve my pain issues as they are nerve related, however I do get some minor relief, especially while having to travel by car.It is an excellent product ..it's my personal health issues which leads my scores to be as they are.
