We love this light. The quality is great as all the balls are real glass and look beautiful. Takes a few hours to assemble and quite fiddly. Once complete it's also quite heavy so definitely a 2 man job. Our pack was 6 screws light so we had to substitute with similar screws, but as the quality and overall look is so fantastic (and expensive looking), I still give it 5 stars. Worth the effort in assembly and minor packaging issue.

Although the product quality was good few of small parts were missing. It came as a big disappointment that no hooks were built in to hang the crystals. Ideally from the main tray 5 small hooks are provided so that the crystal strings could be hung. However with this order They were missing.I have already assembled what I could. It can take up to 2 hours to assemble the complete set.

Bought two.Read the reviews so I knew what I was letting myself in for.1st one was fiddly, but did the second in half the time.Note slightly pinch the split rings and they open so you can ease them on.well worth the buy.

Amazing light to finish my new kitchen off, very classy. Yes it took two tradesmen ages to fit them but worth the wait and money. We bought another three from a different supplier as Amazon had run out. We had to pay a lot more, and had to wait two weeks. I am thrilled with my gorgeous four lights and would advise to buy from Amazon for the fantastic price and service,

We have just opened them up and they look good. The only drawback is that it is in kit form. You have to make the light up from scratch which was a bit of a shock because it is really fiddly. They provide spares which is a bonus. One or two of the crystal balls are slightly chipped. We have assembled one after two days of fiddling but it should look good up.

I love the light but was very disappointed as 17 of the glass balls were damaged on arrival. I put in a claim but was asked to return the item.....seriously like it took so long to assemble I am not going to disassemble and have to post back! it took ages to assemble as the chains are hard to manoeuvre through the holes on the glass balls and requires two people to install.

In love with this chandelier! The crystals give the room so much glistering light in all different directions. Great Value for money, The crystals are so heavy and come with a white glove to shine. would really recommend should you want a feature centre peace in your room.

Very swift delivery- ordered at 6:30pm Saturday arrived at 9am on Sunday!It takes several hours and a lot of patience to assemble- it’s very heavy at 10kg and I’d advise adding the crystals after fixing. We added a length of timber in the loft to attach it to.A really stunning modern take on a chandelier and it looks fabulous
