Will they stick to wallpaper ?

Not stuck them on wallpaper, but they should be ok as long as not too much weight was on the hooks

I don’t know if they are. There are spare adhesive strips which may be for if you move the hook elsewhere. The hooks are very firmly stuck once you position them though so I would say that they are not permanent but they’re not something you’d really move more than once if at all.

How easy is it to remove?

I haven't removed them, but they feel solid.. they're very good.

Are these hooks easy to remove/safely take off of tile when you no longer want them?

Can be cleaned up. 1. Heat with a hair dryer and remove the hook with the aid of a knife. 2. If there is residue, continue to heat with a hair dryer and slowly remove it. (However, it is not recommended for use on painted walls that are prone to powder removal)
